Miitees ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our platform you agree to the practices described here.

We collect information you provide directly, including:

• Account information, your name, email address, and password when you create an account.
• Order information, shipping address, product selections, and payment details processed securely through Stripe.
• Logo and artwork, files you upload to create catalog mockups.
• Communications, messages you send via our contact form or support channels.

We also collect certain information automatically when you use our service, such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to help us improve the platform.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account and catalogs.
• Process and fulfill your orders.
• Send transactional emails such as order confirmations and status updates.
• Respond to your questions and support requests.
• Improve and personalize your experience on our platform.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties, ever. Your data belongs to you and is used solely to operate and improve the Miitees service.

We work with a small number of trusted service providers who help us operate the platform. These partners process data on our behalf and are contractually required to protect it:

• Stripe, payment processing. We never store your full card details.
• Mailgun, transactional email delivery.
• Neon / PostgreSQL, secure database hosting.
• Anthropic, AI-powered catalog creation features.

We do not share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (for example, financial records related to completed orders).

Depending on your location you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Object to or restrict certain types of processing.
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.

For significant changes we will notify you by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
