Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Miitees platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service. These Terms apply to all users, including customers, team members accessing shared catalogs, and any other visitors.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

You retain full ownership of all artwork, logos, and creative assets you upload to Miitees. We do not claim any ownership, intellectual property rights, or license to use your artwork beyond what is strictly necessary to fulfill your order and provide the Service.

Specifically, your uploaded artwork is used solely to:

• Generate product mockup previews within your catalog.
• Print and produce the physical items you have ordered.

We will not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, or otherwise exploit your artwork for any purpose other than fulfilling your order. Your files are not shared with third parties except as required to produce your order (e.g. our printing partners), and those partners are contractually prohibited from using your artwork for any other purpose.

By uploading artwork to Miitees, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the original creator and owner of the artwork, or you have obtained explicit written permission from the rights holder to use the artwork for commercial printing purposes.
• The artwork does not infringe the copyright, trademark, trade dress, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right of any third party.
• You have the legal right to reproduce and print the artwork on physical merchandise.
• The artwork does not contain content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise unlawful.

Miitees reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the submitted artwork violates these requirements. If your order is cancelled on these grounds, you will be notified and refunded for any amounts paid.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Miitees, its officers, employees, and partners from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these artwork representations.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order you authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the total amount including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Prices are displayed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Because our products are custom-printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered. In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

All content on the Miitees platform, including our logo, brand assets, website design, software, and written content, is the property of Miitees and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miitees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes we will provide notice via email or an in-app notification.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
